You will have to contact an SEO company or agency that sells SEO and internet marketing services. As per your agreement with the company, you can transition your current clients to the SEO company by reselling their services.
Since the client isn’t someone new but your current client, you should fulfill your side of the agreement until the due date, if possible. If not, you must first inform the client about the transition too.
